Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes, we bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use your specific products, we're happy to do that too — just leave them out and let us know.

How do I book a cleaning?

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance for standard cleans. For deep cleans, move-in/move-out, or post-construction, we suggest booking 5–7 days ahead. We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, and major credit/debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Absolutely. If you're not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean the area at no additional charge.
